Capture identifiers while the entry is present. After it disappears, use Minnesota VINE for the county-jail custody change, call the jail, and request the official data. The roster timestamp proves only that a person was shown as in custody at that moment. Its later absence does not explain why the image and name are gone. A bond amount, bond received entry, anticipated date, or outside-hold note also does not prove the physical release occurred.

The image documents a live roster, not mugshots of people released in a recent window. The photograph request path is needed after an entry leaves the roster. These are DOC identity images. They do not prove that the same photo was taken at Sibley County Jail, and an under-supervision DOC profile does not mean the correctional sentence has ended. Supervised release is the community portion of the state sentence. Expiration is the later jurisdiction endpoint.
